Test payments and refund information
What a test payment means and how to report a disputed test result.
No real financial settlement
All funding amounts in this release are test funds. There is no real charge to refund and no payout to campaign creators. A confirmed test pledge is not a donation receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.
Incorrect or failed test result
Check your pledge status in the member dashboard. Report inconsistencies to support with the reference and campaign URL. Declined, cancelled and expired attempts do not count toward the campaign total. No promise of reward delivery is made in the sandbox.
